Your booking is binding upon signing of the contract, which must be done at least 4 weeks before the event.

Our hygiene concept for events during COVID-19

Our hygiene concept is based on the Saxon Corona Ordinance of June 3rd, 2020 and was approved by the responsible authority on June 10th, 2020. In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic as much as possible, the framework plan of the EVVC also applies at Westbad. In addition to compliance with the distance regulations, essential operational and organisational hygiene measures, as well as measures that enable possible cases of infection to be reconstructed as seamlessly as possible. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about safety during your event and inform us about any additional safety measures you may require when booking.
